According to the statement of “Accelerating the Development and Industrialization of New Technologies of Low-Grade Waste Heat Power Generation” proposed by the State Council at the 13th Five-Year Plan for energy conservation and emission reduction, we are focusing on the key and common technologies of distributed low-temperature waste heat power generation aiming at the worldwide difficult and low utilization of low temperature waste heat in the metallurgical industry. Supported by a number of national and provincial projects, we have published more than 100 papers and over 20 patents. We successfully completed the transformation of scientific research of infrared radiation materials and coating technology, and established an annual output of 400 tons of infrared radiation materials production line. We have also achieved the mass production of thermoelectric materials and access to industrial capital investment by using SPS technology for the first time.
