Porous media combustion technology has obvious advantages in utilizing low calorific value gases, improving heating efficiency and reducing pollutant emissions. Based on the application of porous media combustion technology in high temperature furnaces, the project has developed composite foam ceramic plates with high surface emissivity and good thermal shock stability. The development of gas gathering, flame stabilization, ignition, flame monitoring and safety has been developed. A porous medium burning device that is interlocked. The combustion device has stable service performance under high temperature conditions of 1200~1400°C. The maximum power of the combustion device can reach 1200 kW/m2, the NOx emission is below 80ppm, and the CO emission is below 600 ppm.
